Our real estate agent provided us with Junkluggers' Business Development Directors name...Barry Jones. Our conversation was professional and the terms of the work were clearly spelled out. ( Pricing is based on the truckload). We had an attic on the third floor to empty and we were able to get an appointment within five days. My greatest concern was the crew getting all the items through out narrow hallway without damaging the walls. Barry assured me that the company is licensed, bonded and insured, that they had many five star reviews and that the crews were very experienced. As promised, the two men texted when they were on the way. Two polite and clean cut young men introduced themselves, put on booties and masks and looked at the attic. I watched them look over the mountain of bagged things to donate and throw away, along with large, heavy items to take down like windows, file cabinets, boxes of dishes, and a heavy glass table top. They said they appreciated how much I had bagged and organized upfront and went to work. I pointed out the newly painted walls and left them to do the work do I wouldn't stress them out with my nervousness about the walls and floors getting marked. One hour later they said they were finished and I was surprised as I'd expected that amount of stuff to take many more hours going up and down the stairs from the first floor to the third. Sixteen years of collected items cleared out in an hour. And the walls were perfect-- not a scuff or ding to be seen. I was really impressed and they came in under the quote. I was told I will even be receiving receipts for items which were to be donated. I cannot say enough about how positive of an experience this was, and it was worth every penny to not do any heavy lifting. I recommend Junkluggers' wholeheartedly.

These guys are the best! Our basement was packed floor to ceiling with 30 years of a hoarder's "collection". Caleb and the guys were fast, professional and friendly. They made sure to leave the things we still wanted, and were so gracious about this giant, dirty, smelly job, and swept up neatly when they were done. We especially like that they donate and recycle instead of just hauling stuff to the dump. We will definitely use them again, and recommend them to everyone!
