The arrival was on time. We received a call telling us the exact time they would arrive. The workers were polite and gave us a firm price before they started. They were careful removing a large piece of furniture and helped us to free up another one that we weren't able to get at. It was pouring outside and they apologized over and over that their shoes were wet. They were very professional and polite.
